Professor Brian Franks is Visiting Professor, University of Greater Manchester (Queens) and the Co-producer and Programme Clinical Director of the MSc in Aesthetic Non-Surgical Interventions. With over 18 years of clinical experience in medical aesthetics, Professor Brian is also a regular judge at the prestigious Aesthetics Awards.
Mr Matthew James
Mr Matthew James is one of London’s leading plastic surgeons, with over 20 years of specialist surgical experience. Previously Clinical Director of Plastic and Reconstructive service at Guys and St Thomas' NHS trust. Medical director and founder of the highly successful Cavendish Clinics. Having performed thousands of successful operations during his career, he has a busy private practice at HCA London Bridge and BMI Blackheath Hospitals and Harley Street clinics.
Mr Jamil Shaikh
Mr. Ahmed is a distinguished member of several renowned organizations, including the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), British Association of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (BAPRAS), and The British Society for Surgery of the Hand. His commitment to continuous professional development led him to complete the prestigious Surgical Leadership Program at Harvard Medical School, further enhancing his expertise.

Ed heads up the Cavendish Aesthetics Institute, working alongside leading professors and doctors to deliver accredited training. With over three years at Cavendish Clinics, Ed brings expertise in operations, sales, marketing, partnerships, and medical education.
Dr Rezhaw Luca Karadaghi
Dr Luca is a surgically-trained medical professional registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), known for integrating his passion for artistry into medicine. After earning degrees in Global Health and Medicine from King's College London and completing postgraduate studies in Evidence-based Surgery at the prestigious University of Oxford, he has gained over six years of diverse surgical experience up to registrar level in Plastic Surgery, logging over 600 cases across various NHS specialties. Luca is also a medical researcher and clinical educator. Over the years, he has also transitioned into clinical aesthetics, obtaining multiple certifications in facial aesthetics, bringing his refined knowledge of anatomy and surgical precision to facial aesthetics. Luca compassionately emphasises ethical practices, natural tailored results and patient well-being amidst societal beauty pressures
Nerusha Brooks
Nerusha With 27 years in the industry, has managed and trained top-tier talent worldwide, from luxury spas to aesthetics. Starting with Steiner/London, overseeing renowned brands like Elemis and Mandra across land and sea. Cavendish for over two years, including clinic management, sales, client relations and now focuses on services and product training for the group.
